✦ How long does shipping take?
All orders from in-stock inventory ships within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 2-3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
✦ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders may be subject to additional fees and/or shipping delays due to customs.
✦ What is your jewelry made of?
The bulk of my jewelry is created from polymer clay. On occasion, I will use UV resin as a design element or sealer. The metal earring posts/hoops are usually stainless steel, but can vary per product. Please reach out to me with any allergy concerns, and I will do my best to accommodate!
✦ How do I care for my jewelry?
Treat them like the treasures they are! Polymer clay is durable but not impervious. Keep them away from water, perfume, and lotions. Store in a cool, dry place and wipe clean with a soft cloth. No swimming, no showers, — but everywhere else? Wear them proudly!
✦ What is the return policy?
Because every piece is handmade to order, I don't accept returns or exchanges — but I want you to absolutely love what you receive.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at talesmadetrue@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. I will do everything I can to make it right.
Custom orders are final sale — but I'll send a design preview for approval so you can make adjustments.
